REFUND POLICY

We aim to deliver premium wall art with the highest quality and packaging care. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns for Damaged Items Only

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged.

To be eligible:

  • You must send a clear photo/video of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery

  • Damage must be visible (tears, heavy creasing, major print issues, etc.)

  • Packaging damage alone is not considered valid unless the poster is also damaged

Once verified, you may choose between:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full refund

2. No Returns for Opened or Used Products

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened and the customer simply does not want it

  • The customer ordered the wrong size or item

  • The poster has been used, hung, taped, or displayed

  • The product is returned without damage

Posters are made-to-order and cannot be restocked once opened.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

4. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer refusal

Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (for prepaid orders).

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
Replacement orders are shipped immediately after approval.
