We currently ship to all locations across India.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeline is:

Metro Cities: 2–4 days
Other Locations: 3–6 days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Posters are made-to-order to ensure fresh, high-quality prints.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.
COD orders may include a small handling fee depending on your location.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your address.

6. Shipping Method

Posters are shipped in hard protective tubes or secure flat packaging to avoid dents, folds, or damage.
We partner with trusted courier services for fast and safe delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you:

Multiple delivery attempts may be made
If unreachable, the package may be returned to us

For COD orders, please ensure your phone is reachable and address is accurate.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

Delivery may fail
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting shipping costs

Ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

Record a video/photo immediately
Send it to rudedragonbusiness@gmail.com within 24 hours
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.
